Ron Giuntini is a Si2 Expert in Service Logistics, Performance Based Contracting, Product Support Business Case Analysis, Life Cycle Financial Analytics and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) processes of vendors of performance based contracts and services, in particular for industrial and military maintenance management. He has also been a pioneer in applications of the “Circular Economy” and Re-manufacturing as well as Supply Chain Management, for example, as a launch customer with FedEx on the ground breaking 3PL service of PartsBank or having implemented one of the first pay-per-use parts pricing models for the aviation sector. As a consultant Ron has worked for such clients as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, L-3, Flir, DynCorp, Navistar, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, ICx, Oshkosh, Rockwell Collins, Bell Helicopter, US Army, USMC, US Navy, FMC Technologies, DRS and many others.
Ron is currently Principal at Giuntini & Company Inc., a top consultancy in its niche of helping clients favorably impact the availability, reliability, total ownership cost (TOC), support resource footprint and capability level of a product or system for an end-user. Products for the defense sector include weapons systems and platforms and for the industrial sector capital goods, machinery and other equipment.
