To ensure optimal conditions for success, we work closely with our clients to understand their strategic goals and tactical needs and clearly specify the skill-set and personality required. We invest the time to understand the culture of our clients and the market and industry space within which they operate. Working together we are able to bring a combination of deep functional expertise and sector knowledge to every assignment.
Our process includes detailing a brief, including the client’s requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and time frame. Our search involves sourcing candidates from our network and broader portfolio of pre-selected, vetted interim managers and consultants and creating a short list for our client, highlighting skills, experience, cultural fit and references. Following client interviews, selection and commencement of the assignment, we will handle all contractual administration and stay in close touch with both our consultant and our client to ensure the assignment is proceeding as planned and deliverables are being met. When the assignment is over we will work closely with our client and the interim manager to ensure a smooth transition, knowledge transfer and complete handover.
