Titos was a Group Vice President for global Automation and Drives Services at ABB, Head of its service business in Asia/Pacific and was a key member of the original team that built the company’s renowned services business. He was also a Vice President at Veolia Environment and Head of Veolia Energy in Germany and Austria and held senior positions with Metso and the Salim Group. Prior to his career as a manager, he was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and L.B. Knight & Associates.
His consulting focus is on business modeling and strategy, business development, market research, M&A, servitization and Outcome-based services and service performance management. He also specializes in technology for service oriented businesses, with particular emphasis on integrated digitization and servitization initiatives, Industrial Internet of Things platforms and sharing economy applications. His clients include capital goods manufacturers, engineering and technical service companies, utilities, energy and infrastructure service providers, as well as digitally native companies and startups building service platforms.
