Harald Wassermann is an SI2 Expert in Service Strategies and Service Business Engineering.
Active as a consultant over 10 years, Harald specializes in helping clients unleash their true service potential combining strategy, operations, process and change management in a holistic business (re-)engineering approach. He has worked with numerous medium sized and large companies in Germany, Europe and around the world in diverse industries, including materials handling, plastics processing, food processing, heavy electrical and mechanical engineering and manufacturing and energy generation.
Previously Harald has been Vice President Service and Modernizations at KONE Elevators and Executive Director Service International at Mannesmann Dematic. He was also Managing Director at KONE Cranes Germany and a member of the Executive Management Board at AGTA Record.
Currently Harald is owner of “Konzept & Umsetzung”, a well established consultancy in Sales & Service Engineering.
